…with pictures! This post is a reference for my training on 6/17/2012 but I wanted to do it separately so its easier to access. You’ll want to do each section one after another, with about 2-3 minutes rest between sets. The goal is to complete 4 sets in total.
(Kudos to Kris for practicing what he preaches and doing the same workout he made me do! Luckily I got some photos for some visual inspiration.)
First, start out with 10 balancing push-ups. Hands on a balance board and feet on a box. If the box feels too easy then use an exercise ball! Keep those abs tight!
Then go right into 10 pull-ups on rings;
After that, 10 push-ups…
After that, 15-20 bicep curls with 15lb weights!
And lastly, 10-15 shoulder presses with 10lb weights. I had to go down to 5lbs during my last set… merh.
And repeat another 3 times. Hope this gives some ideas for a good weight workout, it definitely kicked my ass!
