Why did you suggest cutting out all the carbs? Carbs (aka glucose) is the first source of energy your body has to fuel its self and your brain only runs on glucose. Using fats and proteins for energy is not good for your body or health.
I didn’t recommend cutting out ALL carbs, just cutting down on carbs. In my situation I was eating pasta literally every day, sometimes twice a day, and sometimes for breakfast! I seriously love it that much but having pasta marathons for weeks at a time was not doing me any good, so overcoming that was a personal hurdle.
So to clarify… keep eating carbs, and pasta. Just not as much as I was doing!
